Looking for "Quality Management System Administrator" in Pharmacovigilance team - on contract for 6 months and can join us ASAP (Job location : Dr.Reddys, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain the QMS Tracker Tool, QMS Master Binder and the Global Training Matrix Log request for a new SOP or revision of an existing SOP on the Tracker Tool.
Draft new SOP based on workflow provided by functional heads. Coordinate Of stakeholders review and approval SOPs, manuals, working instructions (Wis). -Manage notification of approved SOP, circulated for training to the Regional Heads and checks acknowledgement form prior to archiving.
·Ensures the completion of deviation forms where processes differ from documented procedures Issues uncontrolled copies to third parties
