Responsibilities of an Inhouse Clinical Research Associate:
As an IHCRA at Novotech, your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and maintaining clinical study documentation in compliance with ICH GCP guidelines and Novotech SOPs.
- Supporting the clinical team in essential document development, collection, and management processes.
- Managing the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and ensuring site compliance.
- Creating Investigator Site Files and coordinating trial materials logistics.
- Ensuring the safe storage of study materials and maintaining stock reports.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant experience/qualifications in Life Sciences or related fields.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- 1-2 years' experience as an inhouse CRA or in relevant roles.
