Responsibilities:
- Perform routine organic synthesis from mg to gram scale independently.
- Support scientific teams with instrumentation operation and maintenance, including NMR, Mass, and HPLC.
- Conduct instrument purification and column packing.
- Handle glassware assembly, reaction reagent charging, and maintain necessary conditions.
- Interpret written instructions from scientists and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Train and support team members.
- Maintain records of work done, including purification or reaction processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the CRO industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive with a "can-do" attitude and attention to detail.
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry.
