Key Responsibilities
As part of the
Intellectual Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Patent and Trademark Management: Assisting in the filing, maintenance, and monitoring of patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
- Compliance: Ensuring that all products and processes are in full compliance with applicable IP laws and regulations.
- Documentation and Filing: Preparing and submitting necessary documentation for patent applications and compliance purposes.
- Collaboration: Working closely with R&D teams to identify patentable innovations and manage the intellectual property process from idea generation to filing.
This role demands a keen attention to detail, a solid understanding of IP laws, and a proactive approach to safeguarding the company's innovations.
