Key Responsibilities
Representatives:
- Promote and sell Alembic Pharmaceuticals' products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations and ensure proper product knowledge among clients.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Field Managers:
- Oversee the performance of the sales team in designated regions.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
- Provide training and support to Representatives to enhance their effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications
- For Representatives:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- For Field Managers:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive team performance.
