- Experience: 2-5 years in drug safety and adverse event reporting
- Skills: Proficiency in literature case processing, knowledge of global drug safety regulations, and adverse event reporting requirements.
Position 2: MICC Specialist (Medical Information Contact Centre)
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, or BDS
- Experience: 2-5 years in call management and medical information SOPs
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, experience managing inbound and outbound calls, and a deep understanding of MICC standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Pharmacovigilance Associate
- Monitor and Process Adverse Events: As a Pharmacovigilance Associate, your primary role is to monitor, assess, and report adverse drug reactions. You will handle literature case processing, ensuring compliance with international drug safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You’ll collaborate with teams across Arco Labs to maintain the highest safety standards in drug monitoring.
- Timely Reporting: Adhering to strict timelines, you will ensure timely submission of adverse event reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

- Handle Medical Queries: As an MICC Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.

- Maintain Compliance: Your role will require adherence to MICC SOPs, ensuring all information shared is compliant with regulations and corporate policies.
