As a
Clinical Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for managing clinical trial data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clinical research efforts by organizing and maintaining clinical databases, which are critical for drug development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, testing, and maintaining clinical trial databases.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by verifying data against source documents.
- Perform data entry, validation, and query management using clinical trial software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Data Management to ensure smooth data flow and reporting.
- Assist in generating and reviewing reports for data analysis and quality checks.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide support for data audits and reviews.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 6 months of experience in clinical data management or related fields will have an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
- Knowledge of clinical trial software or database management systems will be a plus.
