Position Overview: Medical Information Associate/Senior Associate
As a
Medical Information Associate/Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting Eli Lilly’s global strategy by providing accurate, timely, and compliant medical information to healthcare professionals (HCPs), consumers, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of medical deliverables, including medical letters, FAQs, slide kits, literature searches, and more.
This position is based in
Bengaluru, India, at the Lilly Capability Center, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in all medical information responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a global portfolio of medical information deliverables, such as medical letters, FAQs, literature searches, and webpages.
- Respond to unsolicited verbal and written medical inquiries from HCPs and consumers promptly and accurately.
- Utilize customer insights to continuously enhance medical information strategies.
- Collaborate across regions and geographies, ensuring consistent delivery of quality medical information.
- Participate in ongoing product/disease area training and provide expert-level knowledge to affiliate and call center partners.
- Support medical information booths at scientific congresses and provide coaching on specific deliverables or processes.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet one of the following educational or work experience requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare profession with at least 2 years of industry experience or similar role.
- Master’s Degree in a healthcare profession.
- PhD in a healthcare field with relevant therapeutic experience.
Additionally, candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in conducting literature searches and reviews. Experience in emerging medical technologies and end-user computer skills is also essential.
