Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-process checks
- Performing line clearance procedures for Manufacturing & Packing
- Sampling for In-Process (IP), Finished Product (FP), and validation samples
- Reviewing batch records
- Conducting process validation and cleaning validation
Position: Assistant Manager & Sr. Executive - QA-QMS
- Department: QA-QMS
- Location: Oragadam, Chennai
- Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy, BSc, MSc
- Experience: 5 to 8 years for Sr. Executive; 8 to 10 years for Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing change control processes
- Handling deviation management and CAPA management
- Addressing market complaints
- Conducting trend analysis for the Quality Management System

- Preparing validation protocols and reports for equipment and utility qualification

- Performing temperature mapping using data loggers (Kaye validator)
- Qualifying cleanrooms and AHU systems
- Conducting air flow smoke studies
