We seek a highly motivated individual with expertise in product formulation development of biologics and to support cell culture. The candidate is expected to have acquired cross functional knowledge on cell culture, purification, formulation, testing and characterization of protein biologics.
Professional requirements- Cell Culture Expert
Clone development experience for Recombinant monoclonal antibody; prior experience of working on CHO cell line.
To have technical oversight of process development, scale up and validation activities.
Develop analytical methods for protein characterization that are allied with
approaches used in later stages of development to assess product quality and
To have good communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English potency.
Professional requirements- Molecular Biology
Expert To have the knowledge of expression and purification of microbially-expressed proteins.
Should have experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis of proteins.
Solve protein purification problems based on scientific principles, current technologies and personal experience.
Experience in PCR. . To have good communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
