Halol is a key manufacturing hub for Sun Pharma’s
Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and tablet production.
Available Positions in Production - Manufacturing (OSD/Tablet)
1. Officer/Senior Officer (Production - OSD/Tablet)
- Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc
- Experience Required: 2-5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the production processes for granulation, coating, capsule filling, and OSD packaging.
- Ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and strict adherence to QMS (Quality Management Systems).
- Managing the production of specialty products like cytotoxic drugs and sex hormones.
- Handling batch documentation, process optimization, and maintaining quality control throughout the production cycle.

2. Technician/Management Associate (Production - OSD/Tablet)
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience Required: 2-5 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the production of OSD forms such as tablets and capsules, focusing on processes like granulation, coating, and packing.
- Operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process.
- Supporting documentation processes and adhering to the company’s safety and quality protocols.
- Troubleshooting and ensuring equipment operates within prescribed guidelines..
