Available Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technician - Production (Injectable)
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BSc
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle vial filling machines, such as Groninger, NKP vial filling, and Fedegari autoclaves.
- Support complex manufacturing processes, including aseptic processing, spray drying, and lyophilization.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
2. Officer/Executive - Production (Injectable)
- Qualification: B Pharmacy, M Pharmacy
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production of injectable formulations in a sterile environment.
- Oversee CIP/SIP SKID operations, ensuring compliance with QMS and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage batch documentation and ensure that production activities meet quality and safety standards.
3. Officer/Executive - Engineering (Plant Maintenance)
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of critical equipment, including vial filling machines, autoclaves, lyophilizers, and freeze dryers.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to equipment servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance in sterile manufacturing.
- Ensure timely calibration and upkeep of machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
4. Technician - Engineering (Plant Maintenance)
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance of sterile manufacturing equipment and ensure its efficient functioning.
- Carry out regular inspections and address technical issues in plant machinery, including autoclaves, vial filling machines, and lyophilizers.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure minimal disruption during equipment maintenance activities.
