Key Responsibilities
As a
Sr. Research Associate in the
Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) chemistry team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing projects related to the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates.
- Conducting research in ADC chemistry, including synthesis, purification, and characterization of complex molecules.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams in biology and process development for effective drug discovery.
- Optimizing ADC processes to ensure scalability and high-quality production.
- Following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintaining detailed documentation of research activities.

Qualification and Experience
