About the Opportunity: Formulation Technology Transfer (FTT) Executive
Torrent Pharma is seeking skilled professionals for the Formulation Technology Transfer (FTT) Executive role. This position is crucial in ensuring seamless technology transfer from formulation development (FnD) to various plant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Transfer: Receive and effectively transfer technology from FnD to manufacturing plants.
- Process Optimization: Optimize process parameters to ensure robust and efficient technology transfer.
- Batch Management: Monitor demo, scale-up, exhibit, and launch batches, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues during scale-up and exhibit batches, including deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) results.
- Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into any deviations or OOS/OOT observations at the plant, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: M Pharmacy degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of experience in Formulation Technology Transfer, preferably in a regulated market environment with a science-based, scale-up factor approach.
