- Position: Technical Assistant/Sr. Technical Assistant
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Job Description:
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IV bag filling machines, Isolators, and RDS (Restricted Access Barrier Systems). Responsibilities include cleaning, operating, and troubleshooting these machines, as well as preparing qualification documents like protocols, risk assessments, and technical reviews. Familiarity with clean area operations, area readiness, and compliance documentation is essential.
- Preferences: Experience with aseptic IV bag filling machine operations, Isolators, and RDS is highly preferred.
2. Production Injectables (Manufacturing)
- Position: Technical Assistant/Sr. Technical Assistant
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Job Description:
- This role involves the cleaning, operation, and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing and filtration skids. The candidate should have experience with equipment qualifications, including manufacturing vessels, part autoclaves, part washers, and terminal sterilizers. Responsibilities also include document preparation, area sanitization, batch manufacturing, and ensuring readiness per compliance standards.
- Preferences: Familiarity with digital platforms like SCADA, as well as experience with autoclave operations and qualification, is preferred.
