Open Positions and Responsibilities

R&D Biotechnology - Protein Characterization

  • Roles: Executive, Sr. Executive
  • Qualifications: MSc, M Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
  • Experience: 2-6 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop LC-MS-based methods for protein and peptide product characterization.
    • Design and implement integrated strategies linking chromatography and mass spectrometry tools for qualitative and quantitative assessment of product-related variants and impurities.
    • Develop and apply novel sample preparation with emphasis on LC-MS, CEX-MS, SEC-MS.
    • Characterize innovator product batches from different geographical regions and prepare quality target profiles.
    • Design advanced workflows such as multi-attribute methods for PTMs, sequence variants, qualitative and quantitative profiling of HCPs, disulfide shuffling, and bond analysis, cell culture metabolite analysis, glycan analysis.
    • Prepare and review method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).

R&D Biotechnology - Analytical Development

  • Roles: Executive, Sr. Executive
  • Qualifications: MSc, M Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
  • Experience: 5-9 years
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop HPLC-based methods for protein and peptide products.
    • Design and implement integrated strategies linking analytical tools for qualitative and quantitative assessment of product-related variants and impurities.
    • Develop and apply novel sample preparation with emphasis on RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, CEX-HPLC.
    • Design advanced workflows to measure and characterize process-related impurities at different stages of product development such as Host Cell Protein (HCPs), Host Cell DNA (HCD), and Leachables.
    • Prepare and review method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).

Candidate Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications: MSc, M Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
  • Experience Range: 2-9 years (depending on the role)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of analytical method development, qualification, and characterization of therapeutic proteins.
    • Experience in bio-similarity assessment of biologics for regulated markets.
    • Experience in analytical development for monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, and peptides.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Experience with biosimilar development for regulated markets.
    • Advanced analytical skills in HPLC, LC-MS, and related technologies.
