Production Filling Roles
- Position: Operator to Sr. Executive
- Qualifications: MSc, BSc, ITI, Diploma
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vial/PFS filling and stoppering processes.
- Manage sealing, lyophilizer operations, and related DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ activities.
- Ensure adherence to all production protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
Candidate Qualifications
- Required Qualifications: MSc, BSc, ITI, Diploma
- Experience Range: 2-7 years in biologics or injectable production
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in vial/PFS filling and stoppering, sealing, lyophilizer operations.
- Knowledge of DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ processes.
- Strong understanding of biologics and injectable production protocols.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience in biologics or injectable production is highly preferable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
