Available Positions

1. Research Associate
   • Qualification: Relevant degree in Chemistry or related field
   • Experience: 3-10 years in a contract research organization (CRO) or similar environment
   • Responsibilities: Conducting synthesis experiments, analyzing results, and maintaining detailed records
2. Senior Research Associate
   • Qualification: Relevant degree in Chemistry or related field
   • Experience: 3-10 years in a CRO or similar environment
   • Responsibilities: Leading synthesis projects, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
3. Research Scientist
   • Qualification: Advanced degree (M.Sc or Ph.D.) in Chemistry or related field
   • Experience: 3-10 years in a CRO or similar environment
   • Responsibilities: Designing and executing complex synthesis experiments, interpreting data, and contributing to project strategy
4. Senior Research Scientist
   • Qualification: Advanced degree (M.Sc or Ph.D.) in Chemistry or related field
   • Experience: 3-10 years in a CRO or similar environment
   • Responsibilities: Providing scientific leadership, overseeing multiple projects, and driving innovation in drug discovery

Responsibilities and Skills

For All Positions:

• Synthesis and Discovery Chemistry: Conduct and supervise synthesis experiments, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility of results.
• Data Analysis: Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Innovation: Contribute to the development of new methodologies and techniques in synthesis and discovery chemistry.
