Injectable Manufacturing Department
Positions Available:
- Assistant/Associate
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc
- Experience: 1 to 10 years in aseptic and controlled area of injectable/sterile manufacturing
- Required Skills: Preferably experienced in handling Isolator-based filling lines
- Freshers: ITI/Diploma freshers from the 2023-24 batch can apply for apprenticeship
- Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Sc
- Experience: 1 to 10 years in aseptic and controlled area of injectable/sterile manufacturing
- Required Skills: Preferably experienced in handling Isolator-based filling lines
- Freshers: ITI/Diploma freshers from the 2023-24 batch can apply for apprenticeship
Injectable Quality Control (Chemical) Unit
Positions Available:
- Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in sampling and analysis of RM, PM, IPPT, and FP Testing Proficiency
- Required Skills: Hands-on experience with instruments such as HPLC, AAS, GC, UV, IR, KF
Responsibilities
For Manufacturing Roles:
- Oversee production processes in aseptic and controlled environments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards.
- Handle and operate Isolator-based filling lines.
- Maintain detailed records of manufacturing activities.
For Quality Control Roles:
- Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, AAS, GC, UV, IR, KF.
- Ensure all quality control procedures are adhered to and documentation is maintained accurately.
