Work Timings
Educational Qualifications
To apply for the Medical Coder-HCC coding position, candidates must have:
- Certification in medical coding from AHIMA or AAPC.
- Preferably, a CRC certification.
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience: 1-2 years in HCC coding.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in ICD-10 CM, HCC coding, Anatomy & Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Medical Coder-HCC coding at ScribeEMR Systems, you will:
- Ability to analyze the patient medical record to identify the HCC diagnosis and plan of care
- Should determine the accurate ICD 10 codes as per HCC guidelines.
- Meet the production and quality targets as per SLA and adhere to TAT.
- Able to read, understand, and follow SOPs appropriately.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 34k/month
- Medical Insurance: Coverage of 3 lakhs per annum for self, spouse, and up to 4 children under 25 years of age.
- Group Personal Accident Policy: Coverage equivalent to 5 years’ CTC in case of accidental death.
