Job Overview: As a Clinical Research Associate at IQVIA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth conduct of clinical studies. Your responsibilities will include site monitoring, protocol adherence, subject recruitment, and regulatory compliance.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct site monitoring visits in alignment with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and study protocols.
- Collaborate with sites to optimize subject recruitment plans and manage ongoing project expectations.
- Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, enrollment, data collection, and resolution of queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to site management and monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with the study team to support project execution and subject recruitment planning.
- Ensure compliance with clinical research regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and effective communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and therapeutic protocols.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
