Analytical Development (ADL)
- Designation: Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Sc/ B.Pharm/ M.Pharm
- Experience: 1 to 4 Years
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct analytical testing and validation.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Formulation Development (F&D)
- Designation: Research Scientist / Sr. Research Scientist
- Qualification: M.Pharm/ Ph.D
- Experience: 2 to 10 Years
- Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new formulations.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies.
- Work on scale-up and technology transfer activities.
Technology Transfer (TT)
- Designation: Research Scientist / Sr. Research Scientist / Team Leader (TL)
- Qualification: M.Pharm/ B.Pharm
- Experience: 3 to 12 Years
- Responsibilities:
- Manage technology transfer projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure smooth transfer of developed products to manufacturing.
