Job Details
Warehouse - Bavla
- Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - RM & Intermediate - Warehouse, Officer/Senior Officer/Executive
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Relevant experience in warehouse inventory, SAP MM Master data management, and GMP compliance.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse inventory.
- Manage SAP MM Master data like Material, Vendor Master.
- Handle Material storage & WMS.
- Conduct QMS activities such as Deviation, change control, CAPA.
- Receipt, storage, and dispensing of raw materials as per GMP.
- Maintain physical stock Vs online stock in SAP.
EHS - Bavla/Naroda
- Position: Operator/Officer/Senior Officer, Officer to Senior Executive - EHS
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc/B.Tech
- Experience: Relevant experience in documentation, waste management, industrial hygiene, and safety systems.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation related to ETP, RO & MEE.
- Handle waste management and shift manpower.
- Implement industrial hygiene practices and safety systems.
- Operate and maintain fire safety equipment.
- Manage work permit system.
Quality - Bavla - Phase 1
- Position: Senior Officer/Executive/Senior Executive - Quality Assurance, Senior Officer/Executive/Senior Executive - Quality System
- Qualification: M.Sc/M.Pharma, M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
- Experience: 2-7 years in API Plant QA/QMS.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review SOPs.
- Manage change control and internal/external audit compliance.
- Handle QMS activities such as deviation, CAPA management, training, and SOP review.
- Manage documentation.
Production - Bavla
- Position: Officer/Senior Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive, Assistant Manager, Operator
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E (Chemical)/M.Sc (Chemistry), ITI-AOCP
- Experience: 0-12 years in API Production.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage batch manufacturing processes.
- Operate reactors (SSR, GLR) through DCS & manual systems.
- Work as shift in-charge and handle SAP operations.
- Ensure GMP compliance and safety protocols.
