Role Overview Remote Project Support Coordinator II:
As a Project Support Coordinator II, you will provide administrative and technical support to project teams, including planning, organizing, coordinating responsibilities globally. You'll assist in initial setup, ongoing maintenance of systems, data entry, report preparation, and audit readiness activities. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to improving health outcomes for individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities of Remote Project Support Coordinator II:
- Coordinate and complete functions related to assigned trial activities.
- Perform file reviews and document findings as per guidelines.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Support maintenance of study documentation and systems, including team lists, training requirements, system access management, etc.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings and preparing related documentation.
- Prepare study metrics reports and maintain vendor trackers.
- Support coordination of Investigator Site File and pharmacy binder.
- Attend project meetings as required and provide support in study set-up.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of applicable regulations, guidelines, and SOPs.

Qualifications Required for Remote Project Support Coordinator II:
