Job Description:
Role: Jr. Engineer - QA/QC
Department: Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Industry Type: Manufacturing

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Diploma / BE Mechanical
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in quality control procedures and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and technical awareness of manufacturing processes
About the Department & Responsibilities:
As a Jr. Engineer in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting final inspection and manufacturing of casting machining parts with proper monitoring
- Performing in-process and final inspection for development parts
- Controlling processes to reduce internal customer complaints
- Coordinating with production department for non-conformity issues
- Ensuring final inspection meets standard requirements of the department
- Monitoring and maintaining instrument calibration
- Demonstrating basic knowledge of measuring instruments and technical awareness of manufacturing processes
