Qualification and Experience - Masters in
pharmaceutical analysis or pharmaceutical chemistry with 2 to 4 years.
Skills required:
Expert in handling a mass spectrometer
Expert in conducting metabolite identification Good understanding in biotransformation fundamentals experiments and enzymology.
Understanding of advanced biotransformation studies such as bile duct cannulated studies and reaction phenotyping.
Basic understanding of inhibition and metabolic stability assays.
Basic understanding of lead optimization in drug discovery.
