Job Description:
Development of purification process for protein/VLP vaccine based on yeast platform.
Skilled in buffer preparation, purification system operation, column packing, column run, resin binding capacity evaluation, tangential flow filtration (ultrafiltration/ diafiltration), precipitation, centrifugation, in-process data analysis, batch protocols/records filling, scale up of purification process, data compilation and preparation of reports
Location: Aurobindo Pharma-Unit-XVIII, located at Pashamylaram, Hyderabad.
