Position:
Operator - Senior Executive
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Process Control Automation) with a minimum of 60% marks.
Experience:
3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in handling filling operations of pre-filled syringes (PFS), cartridge filling, and compounding in a USDA-regulated environment.
- Manage and monitor key production processes in the injectable manufacturing area, including the use of autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilization equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC systems, utility water systems, and manufacturing vessels.
2. Engineering & Maintenance Roles
Position:
Maintenance Engineer (Process Area)
Qualifications:
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks.
Experience:
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in
sterile manufacturing maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment such as autoclaves, isolators, and filling machines.
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, utility systems, and process control automation for smooth production.
- Hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation work within the pharmaceutical process area.
3. Equipment Qualification Roles
Position:
Qualification Engineer
Qualifications:
B.Pharm / B.Tech (Pharma or Engineering) with a minimum of 60% marks.
Experience:
4 to 8 years of experience in equipment qualification for
sterile manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, execution, and documentation of qualification protocols for equipment such as autoclaves, filling and capping machines, lyophilizers, and washing tunnels.
- Perform validation processes in line with regulatory requirements, ensuring equipment is qualified for production.
4. Quality Control (QC) Roles
Position:
QC Analyst - Senior Analyst
Qualifications:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks.
Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in
sterile manufacturing and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, IR, and UV-Visible spectrometers to conduct raw material and finished product testing.
- Conduct stability testing and prepare regulatory documentation for cGMP/GLP compliance.
- Ensure accurate chemical analysis and testing to meet regulatory standards.
