Educational Qualification: M.Sc/ M.Tech in Biotechnology or in life sciences with 4 to 6 Years of experience (Position open only for masters).
Job Description:
To perform assay development and validation for various NGS and qPCR based assays.
Experience in handling Fresh, frozen and FFPE samples Experience in performing Epigenetic assays such as
Chipseq and ATAC-seq
Experience in performing RNAseq experiments using low cell numbers, scRNAseq, Whole Exome Seq and RNA seq
Experience in cell culturing.
Experience in handling automation for DNA/RNA extraction and library preparation.
Required Skills:
RNAseq, Whole exome seq
Single cell RNAseq
Low cell number RNA seq (SMARTseq) DNA/RNA isolation from tissues
Chipseq, ATAC-seq
