Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join in the following position
Name of position: Junior Research Fellow (01 position)
Project title: Determine whether IRGM is a novel therapeutic target for inducing broad-spectrum antiviral immunity"
Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA@16%
Eligibility:
Candidates having M.Sc. or an equivalent qualification in Life Sciences or allied subjects such as Biochemistry/ Biotechnology Microbiology with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade point (50% for OBC/ST/SC) are eligible to apply. Candidates should have also qualified NET-LS or GATE. Research experience of 6 months or more in cell culture and molecular biology techniques will be preferred.
Age Limit: The candidate should be below 28 years in age, as on 10 February, 2021. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
Selection will be carried out through application screening, followed by an online or personal interview process.
