Job Title: Executive – Peptide Synthesis
Department: R&D – Peptides
Location: R&D Facility, Bommasandra
Experience Required: 1–3 years in peptide synthesis and purification
Educational Qualification: MSc in Organic Chemistry
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive in Peptide Synthesis, your primary duties will include:
- Peptide Molecule Synthesis:
- Expertise in solid-phase and liquid-phase peptide synthesis.
- Proficiency in monitoring peptide reactions using tests like Kaiser, chloranil, and Ellman’s.
- Purification and Handling:
- Operation of preparative HPLC systems with DAC columns.
- Experience in lyophilization and other peptide purification techniques.
- Instrument Handling:
- Hands-on experience with advanced purification and synthesis instruments.
