1. Manufacturing – Injectable Production
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Qualification: Diploma or B Tech in Engineering (minimum 60% score)
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in handling filling equipment and aseptic processing
- Familiarity with USFDA regulatory requirements for injectable products
2. Engineering – Process and Utility Maintenance
- Experience: 4-8 years
- Qualification: Diploma or B Tech in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering (minimum 60% score)
- Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance of manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, and lyophilization equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on utility systems, water systems, and process control instrumentation
- Work with automation systems in the manufacturing and filling areas
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with utility and automation systems
- Electrical 33KV license and familiarity with process area maintenance
3. Quality Control – Wet Analysis & Instrumentation
- Experience: 3-8 years
- Qualification: MSc in a relevant field (minimum 60% score)
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments
- Experience in a cGMP environment with a focus on Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
