Responsibilities for RA/SRA/ASO Roles in Synthesis R&D
As part of the Aragen Synthesis R&D team, successful candidates will work on the synthesis and development of target molecules for research projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and conducting synthesis reactions to create target compounds and molecules with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring laboratory safety and compliance with good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Maintaining meticulous records for data integrity and intellectual property (IP) standards.
- Documenting processes and maintaining compliance with R&D protocols.
This role involves a collaborative approach, allowing researchers to work alongside experienced scientists in an environment that values innovation, quality, and safety.
