Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Clinical Data Manager, you will:
- Study Setup:
- Review and input into clinical trial documentation (protocols, operational plans, etc.).
- Lead database design and validation processes.
- Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables for assigned studies.
- Provide Electronic Case Report Form (eCRF) design and ensure the clinical trial database is accurately configured.
- Study Conduct & Close-Out:
- Oversee data management activities, including data query management and third-party data reconciliation.
- Manage database freeze/lock procedures and support audit preparations.
- Archive clinical study data and documentation.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Lead internal and external study team communications.
- Ensure project timelines, quality, and financial goals are met.
- Participate in client/vendor meetings to cover data management (DM) aspects.
- Mentor and train junior DM team members.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in clinical data management, with leadership in managing clinical trials.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.
- Proficient with EDC systems such as Rave, Viedoc, or Veeva.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and other reporting tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
