Key Responsibilities
As a
Research Associate or
Senior Research Associate in the
Synthesis R&D department, you will:
- Executing chemical reactions to synthesize the required quantities of molecules using efficient route and techniques.
- Set up and execute reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds.
- Ensure safety at work through the enforcement of good laboratory practices.
- Maintain records, data integrity.
Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for the
Synthesis R&D Research Associate or
Senior Research Associate role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: MSc in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Synthesis R&D, specifically within a CRO environment
- Skills: Hands-on experience with synthesis techniques, ability to execute chemical reactions, and knowledge of good laboratory practices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and data integrity, with excellent documentation skills.
