Job Responsibilities
As the
Senior Executive - India Regulatory, your primary responsibility will be to manage and streamline the regulatory submission processes for APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) in accordance with
CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization) guidelines. This includes:
- Preparation and Review of Regulatory Dossiers: You will be responsible for compiling and reviewing regulatory submissions for API registration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the national standards.
- Managing Queries from CDSCO: You will handle queries from CDSCO efficiently, working closely with internal teams to provide timely responses that facilitate smooth approvals.
- Timely Submissions and Approvals: Ensuring that all submissions are made within deadlines to avoid delays in product approvals and market launches.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all submissions, approvals, and related documentation for regulatory audits.
