H2: Key Responsibilities
As a
Medical Representative at Lupin Limited, your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting Lupin’s products to healthcare professionals such as doctors and pharmacists in your assigned territory.
- Achieving sales targets by presenting product benefits, conducting product demonstrations, and providing product samples.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, to ensure consistent sales performance.
- Providing accurate information about Lupin’s product portfolio and addressing any queries related to product usage and benefits.
- Reporting daily activities and submitting detailed records of sales progress, territory coverage, and feedback from healthcare professionals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Education: Freshers or experienced candidates with BSc, B Pharm, MSc, or M Pharm qualifications are eligible.
- Experience: 0–3 years in a similar pharmaceutical industry or sales role. Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a desire to grow within the company.
