Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance (Injectable)
As the
Sr. Manager or Assistant General Manager in the
Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality across injectable products. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing validation and qualification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Overseeing IPQA (In-process Quality Assurance) activities to ensure the integrity of products during manufacturing.
- Ensuring adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), and conducting audits for quality improvement.
- Implementing and maintaining compliance protocols to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
This role demands leadership experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in handling QA activities for
injectable products.
2. Production (Large Volume Parenteral – LVP)
In the role of
Assistant General Manager for the
LVP production unit, you will lead the manufacturing activities of large volume parenteral products. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the LVP production plant, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Leading audit preparations and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for parenteral products.
- Overseeing staff training and performance to optimize productivity while ensuring product safety and quality.
- Coordinating with the QA and regulatory teams to meet audit and inspection requirements.
3. Production (Oral Solid Dosage – OSD)
As a
Manager or Senior Manager in the
OSD Production department, you will manage the operations of the
Oral Solid Dosage plant. Your key duties will include:
- Leading the day-to-day production activities for OSD forms, ensuring that products meet quality standards.
- Preparing for and handling audits, including inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Ensuring strict adherence to production schedules and GMP guidelines for OSD products.
- Managing staff, equipment, and resources to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
