Quality Control, Quality Assurance, EHS, and
Engineering. Each department has specific responsibilities, qualifications, and required experience, which are outlined below.
Quality Control (QC) Officer – Finished Product, Stability, Raw Material
Designation: Officer (Analyst)
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 2-4 years in QC
Department: Quality Control
Sections: Finished Product / Stability / Raw Material Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- LES / LIMS: Candidates must have exposure to paperless applications in the QC laboratory.
- Finished Product Stability: Must be experienced in using HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, and other relevant instruments.
- Raw Material Analysis: Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, etc., is required.
Quality Assurance (QA) Officer / Sr. Officer – Document Review & IPQA
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 2-4 years in QA
Key Responsibilities in Document Review:
- Electronic Data Review for CDS & Non-CDS systems.
- Lab support activities, ensuring compliance with all documentation and data review processes.
Key Responsibilities in IPQA:
- In-Process Checks: Ensure quality assurance during manufacturing and packaging.
- Review and update BMR/BPR (Batch Manufacturing/Production Records) for accuracy and compliance.
EHS Officer / Sr. Officer – Environmental Health and Safety
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech
Experience: 2-4 years in EHS
Department: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the EHS Management and ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards.
- Safety Engineering: Managing safety protocols related to hazardous waste management, fire safety, wastewater treatment, and environmental engineering.
- Conducting Job Safety Analysis and leading EHS-related training programs.
Engineering Officer – HVAC Supervision
Designation: Officer
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech
Experience: 2-4 years in Engineering
Section: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and maintaining the HVAC systems within the plant, ensuring they meet pharmaceutical industry standards and compliance.
