1. Production – Granulation/Compression/Coating
- Designation: Production Officer/Associate
- Qualification: B Pharmacy
- Experience: Freshers
- Location: IPCA Formulation Manufacturing Facility, Sikkim
- Responsibilities:
- Granulation: Manage the process of mixing and preparing raw materials for tablet manufacturing.
- Compression: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the compression of granules into tablets.
- Coating: Handle the coating of tablets with protective or functional layers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and maintain production documentation.
- Work in collaboration with senior operators to troubleshoot any issues during production.
2. Quality Assurance – IPQA/Lab QA
- Designation: QA Officer
- Qualification: B Pharmacy
- Experience: Freshers
- Location: Sikkim
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks to ensure adherence to set standards.
- Oversee lab quality assurance activities, ensuring that testing and documentation are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Support the production team in ensuring that all processes meet quality control protocols.
