Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in biopharma production, especially upstream processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, with relevant industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a
Production Upstream Expert, your role will involve:
- Handling Single-Use Bioreactors:
- Expertise in operating bioreactors ranging from 1000 to 2000 liters for mammalian cell cultures.
- Managing 20/50 single-use bioreactors, including CO2 shaker incubators.
- GMP Documentation:
- Preparing and maintaining GMP documentation such as BPRs (Batch Production Records) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) protocols.
- Team Leadership:
- Managing a small team of 2-3 members, guiding them through daily production activities and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Monoclonal Antibody Production:
- Working on biosimilar products including monoclonal antibodies and ensuring the highest levels of quality in the production process.
- Adherence to Regulatory Standards:
- Ensuring the entire production process aligns with global regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Skills Required
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
- Strong experience in mammalian cell culture and single-use bioreactors.
