1. Production - OSD
- Qualification: B.Sc. / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Role:
- Ensure efficient and safe operations of manufacturing machinery.
- Minimize downtime and waste, ensuring production efficiency.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with cGMP standards.
2. Packing - OSD
- Qualification: B.Sc. / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Role:
- Conduct packing activities as per the packing plan.
- Perform in-process checks and maintain production documentation, including BPRs, logbooks, and daily records.
3. Quality Control (QC) - OSD
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Role:
- Conduct QC testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP protocols and review test methods.
- Operate instruments like HPLC, GC, IR, UV, and dissolution testers.
4. Quality Assurance (QA) - OSD
- Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Role:
- Perform IPQA to ensure manufacturing process compliance.
- Conduct real-time inspections and corrective actions.
- Review and validate analytical data and testing methods.

5. Engineering - OSD
- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Role:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of various equipment, including FBD, RMG, blister packing machines, compression, and capsule filling machinery.
- Ensure the safe and reliable operation of machinery to maintain production efficiency.
6. Warehouse - OSD
- Qualification: B.Sc. / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: 2-7 years
- Role:
- Oversee material handling and dispensing of raw materials per BMR standards.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and manage inventory control.
