Key Responsibilities

As the Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager for Corporate Communications, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's communication strategy. The position requires overseeing both internal communications to enhance employee engagement and external communications to maintain a positive public image. Internal Communications:
  • Newsletters: Oversee the creation and distribution of employee newsletters.
  • Campaigns: Plan and execute internal campaigns to promote engagement and uphold Corona Pharma’s culture.
  • Updates: Manage regular employee updates and announcements.
External Communications:
  • Press Releases & Media Relations: Develop and distribute press releases, and maintain strong relationships with the media.
  • Social Media: Manage and optimize Corona Pharma’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications channels.
Content Creation:
  • Brochures and Product Materials: Develop and edit content for marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and product-related materials.
  • Press Releases: Write and distribute engaging and relevant press releases to share company news and product launches.
Crisis Communication:
  • Assist in managing crisis communication strategies, ensuring that all communications comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Coordination: Organize communications with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.
  • Events: Plan and manage stakeholder engagement events to reinforce positive relationships and collaboration.
Market Research:
  • Media & Competitor Tracking: Keep a close eye on competitor strategies and media activities, providing performance insights to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
  • Educational Background: A degree in B Pharmacy, BSc, Mass Communications, PR, or Journalism is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), social media expertise, and an understanding of pharma industry regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during crisis situations.
