Key Responsibilities of the Senior Research Associate - PCO
As a Senior Research Associate in the PCO department, you will play a critical role in supporting various research projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- In-vitro ADME Assays: Performing various In-vitro ADME assays such as plasma protein binding, metabolic stability, plasma and blood stability, cytochrome P450 inhibition, and blood to plasma ratio studies.
- Preparation of Materials: Preparing compound stocks, buffers, media, and other necessary materials for experimental work.
- Handling Biological Samples: Handling plasma, whole blood, and cellular and subcellular fractions such as microsomes, hepatocytes, S9, and cytosol.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing and interpreting data to support the progression of drug discovery and development projects.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of ADME processes. You will be expected to contribute to the advancement of Syngene’s research objectives by delivering high-quality experimental data.
Qualifications and Skills Required
