Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Clinical Operations Policies, SOPs, and Work Instructions
- Support Clinical Monitoring staff and serve as a Sponsor representative for assigned sites
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and project files, including participating in audits
- Prepare site manuals, reference tools, and other documents
- Input clinical tracking information into databases and manage shared mailbox
- Coordinate site supplies, materials, and team meetings
- Handle Case Report Forms, Queries, and complete necessary training
Qualifications:
- Life Science Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of CTA experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to new technologies
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
