pharmacovigilance team in
Pune. The role focuses on
ICSR data entry and
literature triage, offering an opportunity to work closely with regulatory authorities and ensure drug safety across various markets.
Key Responsibilities
As a
Pharmacovigilance Executive, your role will include:
- ICSR (Individual Case Safety Reports) Data Entry:
- Ensuring the accuracy of adverse event reports by validating data and handling case processing.
- Coding adverse events, medical history, and product indications using standard medical terminology (e.g., MedDRA).
- Literature Monitoring and Triage:
- Monitoring and downloading case reports from regulatory authorities like EMA and US FDA.
- Screening relevant articles and ensuring proper documentation for safety reports.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Drafting and summarizing narratives related to product safety.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements for product safety and efficacy monitoring.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Coordinating with regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and support the product’s lifecycle.

Job Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, with hands-on experience in case processing and literature monitoring.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of ICSR data entry, narrative writing, and MedDRA coding.
- Familiarity with working alongside regulatory bodies such as EMA and US FDA.
