Key Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Affairs Officer at IQVIA, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems. Your main duties will include:
- Hands on experience of Veeva Vault RIM or RIMS(Register) applications
- Completion of routine data maintenance tasks to agreed schedule
- Ensure defined quality control procedures are followed
- Ensure compliant with data checklists and defined procedures
- Advise, train and support users of the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) systems
- Recognize and Contribute areas for improvements/efficiencies in existing processes
- Participates as an active contributor to related business process change and technology initiatives related to RIM
- Closely work with clients to support implementation and resolve issues pertaining to RIM systems
- Completion of complex or non-routine data maintenance tasks as per the agreed schedule
- Support or lead the preparation of team for internal or client audits as assigned

Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Regulatory Affairs Officer at IQVIA, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM, Register, or other RIMS applications is essential.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Regulatory Information Management Systems, attention to detail, and the ability to follow defined procedures meticulously.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to support and train users, as well as to liaise with clients and team members.
