Eligibility Criteria
- Production:
- Qualification: BSc (Chemistry), BSc, B Com
- QC/QA:
- Qualification: MSc (Chemistry) – Organic, Analytical, Inorganic, Integrated, Industrial, Instrumental
- Engineering:
- Qualification: ITI (Fitter) – Apprentice
- Experience: Freshers (2021-2024 pass-outs)
- Age Limit: 26 years and below
Key Responsibilities
- Production:
- Assist in manufacturing processes of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
- Maintain production equipment and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production processes for quality assurance.
- Quality Control (QC):
- Perform tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Document test results and prepare compliance reports.
- Quality Assurance (QA):
- Oversee the manufacturing process to maintain quality and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review SOPs, batch records, and other documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall quality compliance.
- Engineering:
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist production teams in equipment setup and operations.
