Open Position: Formulation Development Scientist
Encube Ethicals is currently hiring for the role of
Formulation Development Scientist in its
R&D department. This role is crucial for the execution and characterization of trial batches for various topical formulations.
1. Key Responsibilities
- R&D Trial Batch Execution: Lead and manage the execution of trial batches to develop new formulations.
- Characterization of Trial Batches: Perform Q3 characterization to ensure product quality.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the entire trial batch process for future reference.
- Stability Evaluation: Conduct detailed evaluations to assess the stability of the formulated products over time.
This role requires a hands-on approach to
topical product development, ensuring that all batches meet industry standards.

2. Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification: Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in formulation development. PhD freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Expertise in topical product development.
- Strong literature search skills to support R&D.
- Ability to perform thorough screening of NMEs (New Molecular Entities).
- Knowledge in pre-formulation studies and lead optimization.
- Exposure to NDA/NCE (New Drug Application/New Chemical Entity) processes is a must.
- Basic understanding of regulatory guidelines and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
