Job Role:
As a
QC Analyst, your role will involve performing analyses in key areas such as:
- Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Finished Products (FP), In-Process (IP) materials, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and stability studies.
- Managing Quality Management System (QMS) elements including investigations, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), incidents, deviations, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, KF, UV, and IR.
This role is crucial in ensuring that Baxter maintains its commitment to delivering high-quality and safe products.
Roles in Quality Assurance (QA) – Batch Release & Data Management
Department: QA – Batch Release/Data Management (Injectables)
- Experience Required: 4 to 8 years

Job Role:
In the
QA Batch Release role, responsibilities include:
- Preparation and Review of all batch release documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- An in-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) procedures.
- Close coordination with both internal (global) and external (regulatory) teams to ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Expertise in managing data preparation, review, and the issuance of master records.
This position plays a critical role in Baxter’s injectable product lifecycle, from production to final approval.
